Final Product Testing & Shipment

The Quality Control Department conducts raw material and finished goods analyses according to the laboratory manual. In-process checks are performed, and detailed records are meticulously maintained.

Finished Goods Quality Testing

Post Process Conditions

  • The finished product is meticulously packed in polywoven bags with HMHDPE liners for 50kg packaging and in Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBC) for 1-ton packaging, ensuring hygienic conditions under rigorous supervision.

  • Counter samples of finished products are consistently retained for analysis in our in-house laboratory.

Steps we follow once material is dispatched from factory

  • Surveyor is called for sample analysis – On Pre – shipment  or during stuffing as agreed earlier
  • Unloading at CFS / Domestic container

Surveyor checks below point

  • Container ventilation wall operating status
  • Any out body status ( Hole, breakage, accidental breakage)
  • Checking outer body of container 
  • Container flooring status
  • Container door gap status
  • Apply craft paper / silica gel before stuffing & door side plastic paper after stuffing
  • Confirmed stuffing as per stuffing instruction of contract in front of surveyor agency
  • Fumigation doses as required

We maintain a steadfast commitment to non-GMO food products. Our processing strictly involves non-GMO maize, ensuring that our milling products remain GMO-free.

Quality Assurance: Annual GMO testing is carried out by a NABL-accredited laboratory using Quantitative PCR testing methods.

For Outbound Shipments: Certificates of Non-GMO status for outbound shipments are issued by the Export Inspection Council of India.
